club fee breakdown and possible tournament dates
We will train indoors on Sundays at VWC(except for days where there are college events and holidays that will not allow us to have use of the facility). We will have optional practices at the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton. We will also schedule additional practices on the sand volleyball courts at least once a month when the weather warms up. Conditioning is available for the 16/17's players.
The team will have tournaments indoors from January to the first weekend in May. Beach tournaments start in May throughout the summer in Florida, California, and Virginia. Any players interested in playing in the junior beach club tour should contact their coach for more details. Players are not required to play in beach tournaments, but they will receive beach training while participating on the VB4Y teams.
Team players must commit to be part of the team through May 5.
Team fees are $9,000.00 . Depending on the number of players each player will be responsible for a minimum of $650.00 up to $900.00.
The payment schedule is: (players that have join the team after Oct. 1 will need to pay up through current due date) (team fundraising is available if their is enough interest)

Team membership fees covers the following expenses;
Team Members backpack or Duffle Bag
Team Members Personal Uniform Items (t shirts, shorts, socks,jacket and gym pants)
Court Jerseys
USAV Team Registration Fee
USAV Player Registration Fee
AAU Team Registration Fee
Tournament Entry Fees
Practice gym rental
Use of equipment and supplies fees – balls, carts, nets, video equipment, training materials and supplies.
Coaches Salary
Assistant coaches salaries
USAV, AAU, and background check fees for Club Director, Coaches,and Chaperones.
Other Program Expenses – administrative services
Any out of state travel will have additional charges for;Tournament Fees,Coaches, Chaperones, and players travel expenses; meals, hotel, rental cars, etc ..Coaches per diem ( $30.00 per day for all events).All team members travel expenses such as food, gas, housing,entry fees, parking fees,airline fees,taxi fees, etc..can usually be covered by team fundraising.
