Gold Membership $500.00

Spend the summer on the beach with a certified USAV Beach coach getting in shape and learning how to play beach volleyball.

Our Gold Membership Packet includes:

6 days of beach camp: June 29-July1, 2010 and July 20-22, 2010 There are three sessions a day; 9-11:30pm, 1-3:30pm, 5-8pm

These camps are jam packed with conditioning, drills and strategic game play lessons.

9 weeks of Friday Night Game Play-6-8pm

plus Gold Members will get an hour group lessons before each Friday Night Game Series which will start at 5pm.

3 AAU Virginia Volleyball Tournaments: May 23, 2010, July 24-25, 2010 August 21-22, 2010

We will also have 3 additional one day events added to the schedule that will take place during the week.

Join us for our Evening learning sessions and test your skills in local junior tournaments.

Bronze Membership $100.00

Our Bronze Membership Packet includes:

9 weeks of Friday Night Game Play with a drill court for players to learn how to play the game.

Cost: $100.00 a savings of $170.00

Weekly Membership $250.00

This is for our vacation friends that come to visit, or the player that only has a week of free time. Members can chose a week that is available to both the coach and their schedule.

They can do our full day events on June 29,30, July 1 and the Friday Night Game Play July 2, or join us the week of July 20,21,22,23,24,25-for a full week of training and tournament play.

If these dates don't work out, they can schedule 8 hours to work with a certified beach coach over a 4 day consective period.

Hourly Membership $40 for private or $15 per person for group

Want to sharpen up your skills, figure out what you are doing wrong, or just take a lesson to see if beach volleyball is for you? Join our group for an hour, or take a private lesson with a certified beach coach. Hourly Rates are $15.00 for group lessons, minimum 3 persons, or private lessons for $40 an hour.

CAMP I: June 29, 30, July 1, 2

CAMP II: July 20, 21, 22, 23

CAMP III: July 27,28,29,30 ( Camp III is for players training for the Junior Olympic Games or experience players. Overnight accomidations can be made for an extra fee)

Morning Sessions 9-11:30am: Conditioning, jump training, footwork, agility and shoulder workouts ; then 30 minutes of game play

Afternoon Sessions 1-3:30pm:Drills and strategy lessons; then 30 minutes of game play

Evening sessions 5-8pm: 3 hours of Tournament Game Play
